Dent BioFit & Wellness Health Coaching offers health coaching services, virtual consultation, fitness programs, and detox programs to help you restore your body and overall wellness. We partner with them because the life and health of your hair follicles greatly depends on your internal health. Hair is an appendage of the the skin. Meaning, what you do to your body and ingest has a great impact on how your hair thrives or diminishes. 

Mariah Alyce Brown is a native of Tuscaloosa, AL. She serves expecting families in her role as a Student Midwife, DONA International trained Birth and Postpartum Doula, ALPP Certified Lactation Counselor and Certified Placenta Encapsulation Specialist.  Mariah Alyce’s passion for maternal wellness, women’s mental health, and women’s physical health have shaped her love for serving as a community Birthworker. In this role, she enjoys educating, inspiring, and empowering women.

She assists expecting mothers by guiding them in re-evaluating their views about birth, which supports them in achieving healthier, more satisfying birthing outcomes. 

She provides educational resources to aid and support expecting families with making informed decisions.

 Mariah Alyce has previously served mothers in Alabama, Georgia, and Virginia. Mariah Alyce’s services are also available virtually.
